Downtown Dubai grew from an ambitious urban plan into one of the city’s defining centres. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard bring everyday city life together with tourism, dining, shopping and major events. Its story is one of building a new urban heart for Dubai: a global visitor destination and a recognisable address for city living and investment.

Business Bay took shape as a new business district along Dubai’s waterway. Over time, it grew beyond office towers: homes, hotels, restaurants and canal-side promenades now share the neighbourhood. Dubai Marina

About 22–24 km by car · depending on building and route

A stretch of open shoreline was transformed into one of Dubai’s best-known waterfront districts, organised around a 3.5-kilometre canal. Towers rose beside the marina berths, while Marina Walk, boating, cafés and beach access became part of everyday life. Today, Dubai Marina blends apartment living with tourism and waterside leisure.

It connects Dubai’s older roots with its emerging skyline.

JVC takes its name from its circular masterplan: residential clusters, pocket parks, schools and everyday amenities set between major city roads.
